Paweł Dudek – an expert in the field of business development and change management in organizations. From March 2020, Organizational Change Manager in one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. In 2018-2020, EMEA Account Executive in Serbia, responsible for the business development of a group of companies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency area. In 2016-2018, a member of the management board of EDC Expert Direct Communication Sp. z o.o., the largest company in the region of Central Europe that provides full service of transactional and promotional mailings as well as multi-channel communication. In the years 2013 – 2014 he was the President of the Management Board of WARS S.A., preparing the company to provide services in EIP Premium “Pendolino” trains. In 2008-2011 he was the General Manager responsible for introducing the British law firm Bird & Bird to the market in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, according to ranking of the daily “Rzeczpospolita” in 2016 – 10th among the 200 largest law firms in Poland.

He started his professional career in Norwich Union, where he held a number of functions, including secretary of the Supervisory Board. In the years 2002 – 2005 he worked for Medicover, where he was responsible for the development of new products in the region of Central Europe. In the years 2005 – 2008 he cooperated with the Canadian International Management Institute (publisher of the Polish edition of the Harvard Business Review magazine), where he was responsible for developing the line of managerial training.

In his professional career, he has also advised management boards of companies from the telecommunications, defense and professional services industries. He actively participated in the development of trade relations between Poland and the USA in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises.

From 2016, he conducts classes in English for MBA students at the University of Warsaw, and from 2018 at the Kozminski University, according to ranking “The Financial Times” of the highest-ranked business school in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.

He actively supports the Alumni  Association of the Warsaw Illinois Executive MBA Program, Harvard Club of Poland, Youth Business Poland and has been preparing the European Forum for New Ideas since the first edition.

He graduated in philosophy from the Catholic University of Lublin. A graduate of the “Leadership Development Program” implemented by Harvard Business School in Boston, “Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application” run by MIT Sloan School of Management and post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
