A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Lodz and the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw and the Executive MBA program at the University of Warsaw (23rd edition). Doctor of Medical Sciences. General Director at the Transport Inspectorate. Professionally associated with the public service (civil servant). He has many years of experience in the field of management, including over fifteen years of experience as CEO. Hobbies are primarily sport – he practices sea sailing (yacht skipper), swimming, cycling and skiing. He plays tennis, chess and bridge.

Sylwester Wybranowski
Vice President of the Board

Real estate market expert, MRICS, graduate of UMCS in Lublin and the 21st edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. Professionally connected with the residential real estate market. He gained and developed professional experience working for J.W. Construction Holding S.A.since 2001, then for several years for Dom Development S.A. and for the development part of Mennica Polska S.A. Privately, dad of two children, amateur of active leisure time, marathon runner, lover of long distance running like Ultra Trail.

 

Jacek Koprowski
Vice President of the Board, Treasurer, co-founder of the Association

 

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Management and Marketing and alumni of the 12th edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. Professionally associated with the company Albaluna Investments Sp. z o.o. (Albaluna.pl), where he serves as the President. Earlier, for over 19 years he was associated with the PZU Group, where he held the position of the Director of the Real Estate Sector Office at TFI PZU SA and Investment Director at the Structured Investments Office at PZU SA and PZU Życie SA. Previously, he held various functions in the Investment Division in managing the assets of the PZU Group. Also professionally associated with the Koprowski Foundation, acting as a Member of the Board.

 

Marek Sokal

Piotr Sota
Vice President of the Board

 

Economist, graduate of SGPiS, UW and the 5th edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program.
President of the Management Board of Interplus sp.z o.o. (professional cleaning products) and RPR System sp.z o.o. (revitalization and commercialization of real estate). Vice President of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Purity.
.Earlier he managed commercial companies, he was also vice president of a leasing company, member of the supervisory board of Powszechny Bank Kredytowy SA (General Credit Bank), vice chairman of the supervisory board of Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe SA (Banking And Finance Center). For several years he worked at the Ministry of Finance, where as deputy director of the department he was responsible for, among others cooperation with OECD, EBRD, IMF and the World Bank, legislation of the financial sector, privatization of banks and financial restructuring of banks. A member of inter-ministerial teams for electronic signature and restructurization of the mining, metallurgy, healthcare and army. He was also a negotiator of Poland’s agreement with the WTO under GATS – General Agreement on Trade in Services. Head of the Polish-EU negotiation team in the field of financial services.

Marek Wójcik
Vice President of the Board

 

An experienced CEO with proven successes in the area of leadership and communication as well as operational quality and excellence. Has extensive practice in the area of design, launch and development of new businesses and factories in Poland, and in rationalizing existing business structures. He gained extensive business experience in managing strategic projects implemented in international and multicultural organizations. Member of Rotary International, President of RC Wrocław in the 2019/2020 term. Higher engineering education in robotics and automation obtained at the Lodz University of Technology and a graduate of the 21st edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. Privately: a husband constantly in love and dad of two children, an enthusiast of long walks and spending time actively.

 

Tomasz Kulik
Member of the Board

Member of the Management Board of PZU SA from October 14, 2016 and PZU Życie SA from October 19, 2016. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He earned an MBA from the University of Illinois and completed the Warsaw – Illinois Executive MBA program. Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. For most of his professional career associated with the Aviva Group (formerly Commercial Union). Before appointing to the Management Board of PZU SA, director of the Planning and Controlling Office. He prepared the strategy of the PZU Capital Group for 2016-2020 as well as capital and dividend policy. He was also a Member of the Management Board of TFI PZU SA, supervising the areas of finance, risk, operations and IT. While managing the work of the Management Board of TFI PZU SA, he was additionally responsible for the corporate area.

 

Łukasz Trzos

A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Executive MBA of the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois. Member of the team awarded for the “Best Consulting Project” and “Outstanding Strategy Paper” of the 17th WIEMBA Cohort. Currently responsible for the core network area at Orange Polska S.A. Mariusz Sienkiewicz

Tomasz Dalach

He graduated with distinction from the 12th edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. Entrepreneur, investor, consultant, member of supervisory boards of high-tech companies. Co-founder and main manager of several fast-growing businesses, teams of up to 300 people. Currently, Senior Vice President CEE & DACH at COMAPI.pl – an international company providing mass omni-channel text messaging services. Speaker and mentor of conferences and organizations promoting entrepreneurship. Mentor of Executive MBA @ UW consulting projects. Co-founder, and in the years 2006-2012 the first President of the Board of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA “Nowy Świat” Alumni Association. Hobbies include sport: swimming, cycling, spinning, tennis, skiing.

 

Tomasz Kacprzak

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, and since 2003 a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) – an international organization of specialists in finance, accounting and management. A graduate of the 21st edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA program. For most of his career, he has been professionally associated with Deloitte, where he has been a CFO in Poland since 2005, and is also involved in a number of regional projects organized as part of Deloitte in Central and Eastern Europe. Together with a group of several dozen Financial Directors, he was a co-founder of the Association of Financial Directors “FINEXA”, which was registered in November 2011 and is currently a thriving body representing the financiers’ environment. Hobbies are primarily active spending time, completed 5 marathons (record less than 4 hours), and spends a lot of time cycling and skiing.

Consultant, advisor, interim manager in the field of marketing and promotion in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) and IT (Web 2.0, social networking) industries..

 

Marek Multan
Member of the Commission

A graduate of the 1st EMBA cohort of the University of Illinois, manager and engineer with over 20 years of experience in the areas of IT, finance, startups, investments and restructuring. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and the University of Warsaw, he studied civil engineering at Sheffield University. Professionally associated with PKP Informatyka, where he responds to, among others for international projects and the development of research and innovation, including those related to door-to-door mobility. In the past, vice president of an investment fund and adviser to VC funds investing, among others in IT startups, he was also a business angel and investor in IT startups. He implemented one of the first audio and video streaming solutions on the internet and on mobile phones in Poland, as well as a number of solutions in the area of ​​e-commerce. For 8 years he was a member of the management board and financial director in several IT companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is also a licensed property manager. He is involved in social activities, among others member of the Audit Committee of the British Alumni Society, Mieszkanicznik Association and member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Environmental Protection.
